Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design, install, configure, test, maintain, and support Monitoring Analytics and Connected Care hardware and software solutions.
  2. Deliver professional IT services to customers, either as standalone projects or as part of larger engagements.
  3. Support project implementation teams, including project managers, clinical consultants, and field service engineers, with expertise in healthcare system integration.
  4. Provide training to internal and external customers.
  5. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
  6. Collaborate with customers and the Customer Care Solutions Center to identify, analyze, and develop resolution plans for customer issues.
  7. Proactively suggest process and product improvements.
  8. Identify new professional service opportunities through data and value analysis.
  9. Enhance our IT value proposition.
Qualifications:

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • You have relevant experience in professional service development within the healthcare industry.
  • You possess strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge and/or advanced certifications in:
  • IT Infrastructure and system integration.
  • HL7 System integration between Philips products and hospital systems like EMRs, Hospital Information Systems, Lab Systems, or bedside devices.
  • Lyniate Rhapsody.
  • Device and System Integration via HL7, FHIR, or similar technologies, with HL7 certification.
  • Expertise in Philips products such as PIC iX, IGS, ISP, CareEvent, ICCA, including HPM and EMR systems.
