This role involves managing the information flow, making travel arrangements, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience and training in Office Management, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good communication skills. This position is based in Trieste with a one-year contract.

We are looking to recruit a new member of staff in the office in Trieste with a 1 year contract :

Technical Assistant

PURPOSE :

As primary point of contact for both internal and external constituencies on all matters on site, the role holder manages the flow on information between all teams and provides administrative support to the NB Project Director.

MAIN TASKS :
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters on site.
  • Providing high‑level administrative, legal, safety, technical, human resources and corporate support for the Company.
  • Managing the information flow and dealing with basic financial management.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e‑mail, and mail and dealing with private & confidential information.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
EDUCATION :

Training in Office Management

EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 3 years

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in the English Language (B1 or above)
  • Demonstratable Team Working Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Administration Skills
  • Ability to work independently
