A leading company in the aerospace sector is seeking an After Sales Specialist to join their team in Italy. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Aerospace Engineering, experience in aftersales roles, and a passion for aviation. This role involves providing technical support, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance fleet reliability.

Competenze

  • 3+ years in aftersales, CAMO, MRO, or tech support roles.
  • Solid knowledge of EASA Part M / 145 / CAMO and FAA frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).

Mansioni

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to international customers.

Our client, an international player in the general aerospace sector, is seeking an experienced After Sales Specialist to join their team. If you have a passion for aviation and want to support aircraft operators globally, this could be your next career move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to international customers
  • Manage spare parts coordination and logistics
  • Ensure fleet compliance with EASA and FAA airworthiness regulations
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
  • Track performance data and contribute to fleet reliability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar technical background
  • 3+ years in aftersales, CAMO, MRO, or tech support roles
  • Solid knowledge of EASA Part M / 145 / CAMO and FAA frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1+)
  • Customer-oriented with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude

Nice to Have:

  • EASA Part 66 or FAA A&P license
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and aircraft maintenance tracking tools
  • Additional languages: Spanish, French, or German
