A leading renewable energy company is looking for a highly motivated trainee to join the Engineering & Construction team in Italy. Responsibilities include managing documentation between clients and stakeholders, assisting project managers, and monitoring construction progress. Ideal candidates are students in Industrial Engineering or related fields, with strong organizational skills and knowledge of renewable technologies. Full-time availability is essential.

Job Description Summary: Vector Renewables is seeking a highly motivated trainee in the renewable energy industry to join the Engineering & Construction team in Italy within the Technical Advisory department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage daily documentation flow between the Client, EPC companies, and the Engineering department.
• Assist project or site managers in efficiently managing documentation from various stakeholders.
• Monitor construction projects to identify deviations or issues affecting the project during the operational phase.
• Ensure the correct progress of projects and alert team members to any problems.

Key requirements:

• Availability to travel occasionally to construction sites.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Student in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Energy Techniques, or pursuing a master's degree related to energy or renewable energies.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic and/or wind technology is highly desirable.
• Full-day availability is essential.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project.
• Language Skills: Italian and English (TOEIC 800+ or C1 level); Spanish is a plus.

Desired additional knowledge:

• Technical knowledge of solar PV and wind energy.
• Familiarity with other renewable markets (CSP, Biomass, Hydro).
