Position: Technical Advisor - Total Experience Cloud

Role Overview:

As a Technical Advisor for HCL’s Total Experience Cloud, you will play a key pre-sales role, focusing on our Low-Code/No-Code Volt MX solution and HCL’s Digital Experience Platform. You’ll engage directly with potential clients, understanding their technical and business requirements, and crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will drive sales success and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their technical and business needs, gathering all necessary information to develop effective solutions.
• Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality technical solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Confidently present technical solutions and product capabilities to both internal teams and external clients.
• Provide training on solutions and offer product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to offer feedback on current products and contribute ideas for new product development.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues, promoting teamwork and communication.
• Participate in the technical development of solutions within a design and development framework.
• Understand business drivers and risks to deliver solutions that add value to the customer.
• Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm when presenting technical solutions to clients.
• Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
• Create technical demos and enable product sellers to succeed.

Experience with leading No-Code/Low-Code and Digital Experience platforms is required.
