What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management SaaS platform for web publishers, created in 2018.

We work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting to the Country Manager and the Head of TAM.

You will onboard new clients, ensure seamless implementation, and lead pre-sales engagements to demonstrate Pubstack’s platform value.

Your role combines strategic and hands-on tasks, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers and supporting their long-term success through technical guidance and collaboration.

Location: Italy, Italian speaker only.

What will you do?

  • Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks proactively.
  • Work with your Country Manager to ensure customer success and support excellence.
  • Assist in pre-sales by demonstrating value to prospects.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and Google Ad Manager setups; escalate when necessary.
  • Provide platform training and onboarding to customers and prospects.
  • Share Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally.
  • Manage multiple complex client topics effectively.
  • Offer guidance on optimizing ad stacks to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate across teams and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in webinars and events.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in pre-sales, consulting, or a similar ad tech position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering value.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable influencing technical and business decisions.
  • Team player eager to contribute to collective success.
