What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers, created in 2018.

We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity :

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting directly to the Country Manager in Southern Europe and dotted-line to the Head of TAM.

You will oversee onboarding new clients, ensure seamless implementation, and lead pre-sales activities to demonstrate Pubstack’s platform value.

This role is strategic and hands-on, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring their long-term success.

Based in Italy and Italian speaker only.

What will you do?

  • Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks proactively.
  • Collaborate with your Country Manager to ensure customer success through excellent support.
  • Assist in pre-sales by demonstrating value to prospects.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and Google Ad Manager setups; escalate when necessary.
  • Provide platform training and onboarding to clients and prospects.
  • Share ad tech knowledge internally and externally.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and complex topics.
  • Offer guidance on optimizing ad stacks to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with other teams and escalate issues when needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in webinars/events.

  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in pre-sales or technical consulting within ad tech.
