What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers, created in 2018.

We work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity :

As a Technical Account Manager, you will manage client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting to the Country Manager in Southern Europe and the Head of TAM.

You will onboard new clients, ensure seamless implementation, and lead pre-sales activities to demonstrate Pubstack’s value.

Your role is strategic and hands-on, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring their long-term success.

Based in Italy and an Italian speaker only.

What will you do?

  • Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks proactively.
  • Work with your Country Manager to ensure customer success through excellent support.
  • Assist in demonstrating value during presales processes.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues related to client-side or Google Ad Manager setup and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide platform training and onboarding for customers and prospects.
  • Share Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally.
  • Manage complex topics across multiple client engagements.
  • Offer guidance on optimizing ad stack setups to generate more revenue.
  • Coordinate with other teams and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends by participating in webinars and events.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar within ad tech.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering value.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable influencing technical and business decisions.
  • Team player eager to contribute to collective success.
