What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers created in 2018.

We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The Opportunity:

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships within the Southern Europe Business Unit, reporting directly to the Country Manager in Southern Europe with a dotted-line report to the Head of TAM.

You will take ownership of onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless implementation, and leading pre-sales engagements to showcase Pubstack’s platform value.

Your role is both strategic and hands-on, acting as a trusted advisor to publishers while ensuring their long-term success through technical guidance and collaboration.

Based in Italy and an Italian speaker only.

What will you do?

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks with customers.
  • Work closely with your Country Manager to ensure the customer’s long-term health through support.
  • Collaborate and report to demonstrate value during presales.
  • Level 1 troubleshooting of performance issues, client-side or Google Ad Manager setup; escalate when needed.
  • Provide platform training to customers and onboarding to prospects.
  • Teach and learn Ad Tech knowledge internally and externally.
  • Manage diverse topics across multiple client engagements.
  • Offer guidance on optimizing ad stack setup to generate more revenue.
  • Coordinate across teams and escalate as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and participate in webinars/events.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar in ad tech.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with a passion for delivering value.
  • Comfortable acting as a strategic partner influencing technical and business decisions.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
