You'll l be working as a part of the esteemed Advanced Technology Group. The group is focused on delivering finest customer experience to our customers while they achieve their outcomes. You will be part of a group that understands security value, implementation and strategy.

Partner with the best

Technical Account Managers (TAMs) collaborate with customers to address their API Security needs effectively. Customers rely on API Security for their vital infrastructure to secure their APIs and proactively mitigate attacks. Leveraging our API security platform, you will help organizations map APIs, assess exposure, identify attack patterns, and mitigate vulnerabilities.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Serving as a product and application security subject matter expert to support customers
• Owning the technical relationship with customers decisions' makers including trainings to a variety of audiences and QBR / EBR
• Liaising with internal teams to constantly improve our platform and services
• Consulting customers on vulnerabilities and runtimes attacks to help reduce and mitigate risks
• Knowing customers environment and requirements, assess vulnerabilities, showcase attack patterns and drive a real impact
• Establishing value measurements, presenting security findings and API misconfigurations, or handling project escalations with customers

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will :

Have knowledge in API security vulnerabilities, attacks in-depth, including OWASP Top 10 / OWASP API Top 10

Demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions

Have understanding of Application Security Principles and how to apply them in the app development process

Have excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in English and Italian

Be a self-starter with excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn

Show ability of proactively identify technical issues and drive solutions to technical problems

Have an understanding on Linux, Kubernetes and scripting - would be an asset
