At AWS Enterprise Support, we’re seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers' innovation across technologies such as Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data / Analytics, Application services, Networking, Serverless, and more. The TAM acts as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their cloud journey and enhancing their understanding of AWS services to meet their business objectives.
This role is within our Strategic Industries group, focusing on strategic accounts in the Energy and Utilities sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in areas like compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, Big Data, security, or applications development, along with professional fluency in English and Italian. Preferred qualifications include AWS experience, leadership roles in technical environments, additional language skills, and a bachelor’s degree.
