Role Overview

The Technical Account Management team plays a crucial role in driving success by delivering optimization solutions and managing technical operations for top clients.

Responsibilities
  • Plan initial campaign setups based on client needs.
  • Execute campaign setup, optimization, debugging, and monitoring.
  • Assist with client requests via ticketing systems like Jira.
  • Propose process improvements to achieve goals.
  • Participate in client meetings to strategize for success.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years in digital marketing technical account management, with experience handling large clients.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, fluency in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of digital campaign metrics (ROI, CPC, SSP, DSP).
  • Technical skills: browser developer tools, JS, HTML, XML, CSV/TXT, Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of cookies and troubleshooting technical issues is advantageous.
