A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a Technical Account Management Specialist at its Piombino Dese headquarters. This role involves providing comprehensive pre and post-sales services and collaborating closely with customers to identify technical needs and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or science, proficiency in both Italian and English, and experience in technical customer support.

We are seeking a Technical Account Management Specialist to join our Technical Account team at our headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).

The successful candidate will provide customers with top-tier Pre and Post Sales services, focusing on product and process solutions to address issues and identify sales opportunities related to assigned products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pharmaceutical industries in selecting suitable containers and devices, offering optimal technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers as a technical consultant to identify unmet needs and proactively suggest the best products or services.
  • Arrange visits to customer facilities to promote SG solutions or to resolve technical issues.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within SG, balancing negotiations on Quality and Technical Agreements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers managing requests related to already marketed products.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Technical Customer Support, R&D, or Product Development.
  • Skills: Customer focus, negotiation, problem-solving, technical knowledge, decision-making, and curiosity.
