We are seeking a Tech Support & Trainer - Thermal Management to join our team in Tognana, Italy.

The local trainer must ensure a high level of technical knowledge among Thermal CEs, maintain relationships with Academy HQ for training and accreditation, and provide post-sales courses to customer engineers, distributors, and clients. They will plan training activities in coordination with the Service Delivery and Academy Directors. Due to their role in delivering technical knowledge, they must stay updated through field interventions.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and organizing the training schedule;
• Assessing participant groups through tests and surveys for standard and updated courses;
• Educating trainees via remote self-learning platforms;
• Managing residential classroom training successfully;
• Providing on-site hands-on or on-the-job training support;
• Handling course closures, exams, and diploma delivery;
• Participating in train-the-trainer activities and maintaining accreditation;
• Accrediting customer engineers for field work on each product;
• Contributing to technical committees for training material development;
• Arranging customer training under the Academy structure if required;
• Traveling and running courses at the Academy HQ if necessary;
• Delivering field interventions, focusing on complex cases such as new product commissioning, repairs, or installations.

Success factors:

• Conducting at least 6 courses annually to maintain accreditation;
• Participating in and passing around 2 train-the-trainer courses per year;
• Providing at least 1 week of training per month;
• Adhering to the quality standards set by the Academy HQ;
• Delivering monthly value-added field interventions;
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
