Gartner, Inc. in Italy is seeking a Consulting Associate Director to lead high‑level project delivery and client relationship management.

You will manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on how technology enables business outcomes. The role requires extensive consulting experience with AI and Generative AI, including strategy, transformation programmes, LLMs, MLOps, governance, and data readiness.

Competenze

• Experience in a top management consultancy in an engagement leadership role.
• Experience across AI and Generative AI topics including strategy and transformation.
• Experience with LLMs, foundation models, multimodal AI, and AI agents.
• Knowledge of AI architecture across cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and multi-model environments.
• Experience developing AI roadmaps, operating models, governance, and controls.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
