About the role: We seek talented individuals fluent in English and Italian to join our CleanTech team on a 3-month FTC. Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Williams Racing and others, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes, supported by a world-class data platform to inform decisions. We prioritize hiring and retaining top talent and seek someone with innovative ideas for the future of talent strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Supporting the design and setup of end-to-end recruitment processes with partners, including niche roles headhunting.
  • Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
  • Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reports.
  • Participating in weekly project team meetings.
  • Designing solutions and proposing new ideas to overcome challenges.
  • Sharing knowledge through training sessions and onboarding.
  • Staying informed on market conditions and trends.

Skills Required:

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Deep technical recruitment experience.
  • Excellent headhunting and delivery skills.
  • Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
