About the role: We are seeking talented individuals fluent in English and Italian to join our amazing CleanTech team on a 3-month FTC basis. Our Talent Partners work with innovative companies like Williams Racing and others, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets, supported by a robust data-driven approach.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Supporting the implementation of our talent solutions, designing end-to-end recruitment processes, and headhunting for niche roles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
  • Conducting thorough recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
  • Delivering weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Participating in weekly project team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
  • Proactively designing solutions and bringing new ideas to overcome challenges.
  • Sharing knowledge through training, onboarding, and lunch & learns.
  • Developing an understanding of market conditions and staying updated on trends.

Skills Required :

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Extensive technical recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.
  • Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
  • Solutions-focused mindset and problem-solving drive.
