About the role

We are seeking talented individuals fluent in English and Italian to join our CleanTech team on a 3-month FTC. Our Talent Partners embed within innovative companies like Williams Racing and many others. We design recruitment processes suited for rapid growth and niche roles, focusing on outcomes rather than KPIs or targets. Our data-driven approach is supported by a bespoke dataverse to ensure informed decision-making.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
• Supporting the design and setup of end-to-end recruitment processes with partners, including headhunting for niche roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
• Conducting thorough recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings.
• Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders.
• Delivering weekly and monthly reports on progress.
• Participating in weekly project meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
• Proactively designing solutions and introducing new ideas to overcome challenges.
• Sharing knowledge through training, onboarding, and lunch & learn sessions.
• Staying informed about market conditions and industry trends.

Skills Required:

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Deep technical recruitment experience.
• Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.
• Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
