About the role: We are seeking talented individuals fluent in English and Italian to join our amazing CleanTech team on a 3-month FTC. Our Talent Partners embed into innovative companies like Williams Racing and others, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs, targets, or BD requirements, supported by a world-class bespoke dataverse for informed decision-making.

Skills required: Fluency in Italian and English, extensive technical recruitment experience, outstanding headhunting skills, previous in-house, RPO, or agency experience, a solutions-focused mindset, adaptability, strategic thinking, positivity, and a big-picture approach.
