  • Experience in Tech Recruitment: Proven track record of successfully hiring technical roles in fast-paced environments, with at least 3 years of experience in a startup/scaleup setting.
  • Strong Sourcing Skills: Expertise in finding and engaging top talent using innovative and creative sourcing methods; accustomed to reaching out to at least 90 candidates per week.
  • Passion for People and Tech: A genuine interest in helping candidates find the right fit and building teams that drive business success, paired with a strong passion for tech profiles.
  • Resilience and Proactivity: In a competitive market, you remain undeterred and show resilience and a proactive attitude needed to secure top talent.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactive and Resilient: A self-starter with a can-do attitude, thriving in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
  • Languages: Italian (native), English (C1 fluent)

What Will You Do?

As part of our growth, we seek a talented and driven Tech Recruiter to identify and attract top tech talent, helping us scale rapidly while maintaining our culture of innovation and excellence.

This hands-on role involves leading our tech recruitment strategy, collaborating with hiring managers and leadership to build a world-class team.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and design tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Drive the recruitment process: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Source top talent: Use channels like job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to find high-caliber candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding: Work with the branding team to craft compelling messaging about our culture and opportunities.
  • Optimize recruitment metrics: Monitor key metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion: Implement sourcing strategies that target underrepresented groups and ensure an inclusive process.
  • Stay updated on market trends: Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
