Overview
Tech Consultant role at BIP. We are looking for early-career professionals with IT or Networking experience to work on high-value projects for multinational clients. The role combines technical development with understanding client business needs and contributing to innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic plans for the evolution of ICT systems and identify three-year enterprise technology development roadmaps.
- Perform technology scouting and benchmarking; draft technical specifications and technical Due Diligence as part of project work.
- Develop solutions that reflect an in-depth understanding of client operational processes and contribute to designing cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Contribute to the growth of personal technical skills and expand business understanding to structure effective solutions for clients.
- Support the Digital Transformation community through research, scouting, and concept development for new solutions; propose ideas for internal and client use after internal evaluation.
- Collaborate with teams to align technology offerings with client needs and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Laurea Triennale o Specialistica in Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni o Ingegneria Informatica.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and services selection processes; foundational/academic understanding of networking architectures, mobile networks, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Plus: certifications and postgraduate master’s degrees; experience in project management in networking/ICT infrastructure; experience in network and ICT infrastructure design; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, D3).

- Teamwork orientation; accuracy and deadline discipline; willingness for domestic and international travel.
