Teamleader Customer & Sales Support Export (f / m / d)

Loacker is seeking an enthusiastic manager committed to customer satisfaction, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for developing, improving, and delivering high-quality customer & sales support services to our international partners worldwide, in collaboration with your team.

Your Tasks

• Empower and engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 members)
• Manage relationships with international distribution partners
• Strategically develop processes and technologies to achieve key service outcomes, driving change and digitalization
• Automate order-to-cash operations and activate the inside sales team
• Support and implement long-term projects
• Ensure transparent and efficient communication between external and internal customers
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Ideally 5-10 years of experience in customer service
• Leadership and management skills, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Hands-on mentality with goal- and output-oriented approach
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Experience in an international business environment with cultural sensitivity
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and functions
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CRM (preferably Dynamics), SharePoint, and BI tools
• Fluent English; German or Italian skills are a plus
