TechnoAlpin seeks a Team Member (m/f/d) for Construction Site Management – Snowmaking Systems to oversee technical sites from installation to commissioning and to coordinate with the project management team on site.

The role requires a technical education, hands-on approach, and willingness to travel to mountains. German language is required, with direct customer and stakeholder contact on site.

Competenze

• Technical education in electrical engineering, installation/plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Technical understanding and hands-on approach on site.
• Experience on construction sites, installation, or plant engineering is an advantage.
• Organizational talent, initiative, and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different people.
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for projects in the mountains and beyond.
• German language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Coordinate technical construction sites from the installation phase through to commissioning.

Team Member (m/f/d) Construction Site Management – Snowmaking Systems

Do you have a solid technical understanding, enjoy taking a hands‑on approach, and keep an overview even when many things are happening at the same time on site? Then you are the right fit for us. TechnoAlpin realizes snowmaking systems for ski resorts worldwide. For this role, we are looking for someone who brings together technology, organization, and people – on the construction site, within the team, and directly with the customer.

Your responsibilities

• You coordinate technical construction sites from the installation phase through to commissioning
• You organize on‑site processes together with the project management team
• You lead and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and partner companies
• You are the contact person for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders on site
• You ensure quality, occupational safety, and adherence to schedules
• You document construction progress and report regularly to the project management team

Our requirements

• A technical education, e.g. in electrical engineering, installation / plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for implementing solutions directly on site
• Initial experience on construction sites, in installation, or in plant engineering is an advantage
• Organizational talent, initiative, and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different people
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for projects in the mountains and beyond
• You speak German

Compensation

The intended starting salary is EUR 40,000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher classification or salary is possible.
