TechnoAlpin seeks a Team Member (m/f/d) for Construction Site Management – Snowmaking Systems to oversee technical sites from installation to commissioning and to coordinate with the project management team on site.

The role requires a technical education, hands-on approach, and willingness to travel to mountains. German language is required, with direct customer and stakeholder contact on site.

Competenze

• Technical education in electrical engineering, installation/plant engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Technical understanding and hands-on approach on site.
• Experience on construction sites, installation, or plant engineering is an advantage.
• Organizational talent, initiative, and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different people.
• Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for projects in the mountains and beyond.
• German language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Coordinate technical construction sites from the installation phase through to commissioning.
• Organize on-site processes together with the project management team.
• Lead and coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and partner companies.
• Be the contact person for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders on site.
• Ensure quality, occupational safety, and adherence to schedules.
• Document construction progress and report regularly to the project management team.
