Position

We are seeking a Team Leader for UTP Restructuring Management. The candidate will report to the team and will be responsible for:

1. Managing a specific portfolio of debtors to achieve set objectives;
2. Supervising a team of 10 people involved in underwriting, onboarding, portfolio management, workout, and value realization;
3. Conducting financial analyses and managing assets collateralizing loans;
4. Formulating and implementing restructuring solutions, negotiating with clients, and ensuring team goals are met;
5. Forecasting future revenues and monitoring team performance.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering;
• 5-10 years of experience in financial restructuring, judicial procedures under Italian bankruptcy law;
• Experience in debt restructuring agreements and judicial procedures as per Italian bankruptcy law;
• Strong management and team coordination skills.
