Descrizione del lavoro

Your future team
Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. You will be a member of a dynamic, growing team and have responsibility for our local office in Bari. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit. Current team size: 7 team members.

Your role in this journey

  1. Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets by managing a high-performing sales and account management team responsible for the Southern Italian market.
  2. Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquiring new hosts, and building long-term relationships.
  3. Train and coach your team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives to achieve your area targets.
  4. Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
  5. Continue building and strengthening the Holidu brand presence in your area.
  6. Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
  7. Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.

Your backpack is filled with
  1. A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets.
  3. Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
  4. A very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach.
  5. A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
  6. Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.
  7. Previous experience in a fast-growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
  8. Near-native Italian and fluent English skills.
