Albelissa, una società di consulenza internazionale, cerca un Team Leader Progettista Meccanico per il suo ufficio tecnico. Il candidato ideale avrà la responsabilità di gestire progetti di design e un team di progettisti, con approfondita conoscenza dei processi di produzione e competenze in software CAD. Posizione richiede anche disponibilità a viaggi nazionali e internazionali.

Competenze

• Esperienza significativa nel settore dell'automazione, in particolare nella produzione di impianti completi.
• Competenza in processi di produzione con macchine tradizionali e CNC per parti in piccole serie.
• Conoscenza della Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE.

Mansioni

• Gestione autonoma dei progetti assegnati, compresa la progettazione e l'industrializzazione del prodotto.
• Gestione di un team di progettisti meccanici.
• Interfaccia con la Divisione Commerciale per le specifiche del progetto.

Job Title: TEAM LEADER PROGETTISTA MECCANICO, Torino

Job Description:

Our client is a leader in the production of complete automatic plants. To strengthen the Technical Office, we are seeking a Mechanical Designer Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

1. Autonomous management of assigned projects, including design and product industrialization.
2. Managing a team of mechanical designers.
3. Interface with the Commercial Division and/or Preliminary Design for project specifications.
4. Coordinate with the Purchasing department for RDO and RDA of materials and drafting of bill of materials.
5. Collaborate with Production to resolve issues during assembly and initial startup.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Extensive experience in automation sector, particularly in full plant production.
3. Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes with traditional and CNC machines for small series parts.
4. English proficiency at B2 level.
5. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for short durations.
6. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably PTC CREO.
7. Experience with PDM, PLM for bill of materials drafting.
8. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Phantera.
9. Understanding of fluid circulation systems, heat transfer, and heat treatments of special steels.
10. Knowledge of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
