Manager / Team Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Team Leader to join us in our Mantua warehouse. We are creating a 130,000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe. Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will be part of the Operations team, responsible for managing small teams during shifts, motivating them to achieve the highest quality of work in a highly automated environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support processes by collaborating in the fulfillment of customer orders and supporting operational activities within the department;
• Supervise shift trends and support the Contract Logistics Shift Leader by reporting critical information regarding the assigned area;
• Adjust and adapt the shift staffing model according to the guidelines provided by the Shift Leader;
• Identify and communicate potential issues related to the shift to the Shift Leader;
• Provide training and feedback to workers on quality performance and safety behaviors;
• Act as an ambassador and role model for proper activity execution and safety compliance.

Your Skills and Experiences

• 0–2 years of experience in large-scale (>300 FTE) highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably with eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail backgrounds;
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where analytical skills, root cause analysis, and metric-based problem prediction are crucial;
• Solid experience working with logistics teams or in productive contexts with high volumes, emphasizing safety as a fundamental priority;
• Deep IT sensitivity is preferred due to the automated nature of the site.
