What you can expect

The Team Leader Inside Sales is the contact person for the Team Hunting and in particular will be responsible for:

  • Supervising the team's activity
  • Ensuring the correct workflow and managing workloads
  • Monitoring the team's KPIs and ensuring targets' achievement
  • Carrying out support, training, and coaching activities for employees
  • Participating in recruiting processes
  • Managing the team at an administrative HR level (e.g., approval of holidays and leave)
  • Managing customer acquisition activities through inbound and outbound calls or emails
  • Providing prospects with information on DKV's services and products
  • Supporting and promoting the implementation of new processes or procedures
  • Reporting and data analysis
What makes you stand out
  • Preferably more than 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 2 years in team management
  • Strong results orientation
  • Data-driven approach, familiarity with collecting, organizing, and interpreting data (performance, KPIs)
  • Empathetic and positive communicator
  • Team management with motivational and empowerment perspective
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
