Job Title: Team Leader HR Settore Finance

Company Description: S&you, an international brand of the Synergie group dedicated to professional staffing and the search and selection of qualified personnel and middle management, is seeking to expand and strengthen its team in the Milan area.

Position:

  • Team Leader HR Settore Finance

The candidate will be responsible for achieving results and increasing business in the Permanent Selection sector within the assigned target and geographical area. Main activities include business development, coordinating a team of HR Consultants and Recruiters, and managing candidate search and selection.

Specifically, the role involves:

  • Mapping the territory to identify prospective companies for commercial activities;
  • Maintaining and increasing revenue levels within the assigned budget;
  • Creating opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
  • Collaborating with client HR departments to monitor process and service delivery;
  • Monitoring and coordinating the work of the active team in the territory;
  • Defining commercial and development strategies;
  • Managing the process of searching and selecting qualified personnel for client companies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics or humanities with a focus on HR;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Permanent Selection within research and recruitment companies and/or corporate environments focusing on middle and top management profiles;
  • Strong results orientation and client management skills;
  • Proactivity;
  • Excellent relational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
