Position: you will join as a Team Leader for the Ploom brand, leveraging your field marketing experience.

What you will do precisely: you will support a project related to the launch of a new product in the heated tobacco category: Ploom X.

With your charisma, you will coordinate a team, helping them develop their potential and grow professionally; you will manage activities within an assigned territory with the aim of achieving and continuously improving sales results.

How will you do it:

  • monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Ploom Ambassadors;
  • managing specific channels to create engagement opportunities with clients;
  • supervising the ongoing training of the team;
  • supporting colleagues on the field to share best practices;
  • collecting and interpreting data and information useful to achieve the defined objectives.

You will not be alone, as you will stay in contact with many professionals both at the Milan office and in your assigned territory.
