Position: Team Leader Developers Business Central

Location: Lecce, Italy

EOS Solutions, one of the leading Microsoft partners in Italy, is expanding its territorial presence by opening a new development HUB in Lecce, South Italy. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for Developers in Business Central, with at least 5 years of experience in developing ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. This role is pivotal and will serve as the key figure and point of reference for the HUB's development activities.

After a 3-month training period at our Milan headquarters, the candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Participating actively in all phases of BC project implementation and development activities;
  2. Identifying and allocating the necessary resources for each project and monitoring team efficiency, including task progress against deadlines;
  3. Fostering the integration of new team members and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment;
  4. Overseeing the personal and professional development of team members and providing performance feedback;
  5. Highlighting process gaps to management and proposing solutions to improve project and process efficiency;
  6. Monitoring team and project KPIs in collaboration with management, ensuring compliance over the medium and long term;
  7. Supporting developers in technical issues, proposing tailored solutions or directing problem-solving efforts;
  8. Ensuring proper use of EOS tools, adherence to development procedures, and overall team efficiency, including meeting deadlines and estimates;
  9. Designing and developing modifications or extensions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central applications;
  10. Testing changes to ensure validity, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with standards;
  11. Providing work estimates for prioritization and assignment;
  12. Assisting pre-sales and project managers in estimating development efforts during prospect diagnostics;
  13. Planning and executing data migrations to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central development tools;
  • Knowledge of reporting tools;
  • Strong methodology in analysis and software development;
  • Understanding of various business processes and their interaction within ERP implementation;
  • Experience with Web Services, .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and network operating systems;
  • Previous experience managing junior resources.
