Hitachi Rail, un fornitore globale di soluzioni ferroviarie, cerca un coordinatore per le attività di manutenzione. Il candidato dovrà gestire il flusso documentale e promuovere la sicurezza nelle attività di manutenzione, con l'obiettivo di migliorare costi, tempi e qualità. Si richiede un diploma tecnico e esperienza pregressa nel settore ferroviario.

Competenze

• Esperienza in attività di manutenzione, preferibilmente nel settore ferroviario.
• Certificazioni ANSF per lavori su organi di sicurezza dei treni.
• Conoscenza base dell'inglese scritto e parlato.

Mansioni

• Coordinamento delle attività di servizio e retrofit relative alla manutenzione dei veicoli ferroviari.
• Gestione della documentazione relativa alla manutenzione in corso.
• Promozione della sicurezza e rispetto delle procedure in loco.

• Accountabilities
• Coordination of service / retrofit activities related to rail vehicle maintenance, resources in the execution of Maintenance activities, with a view to continuous cost / time / quality improvement. Managing the documentation related to ongoing maintenance, the correct flow of use of specific tools and equipment for the performance of Service activities. Ensure the safety of maintenance locations by promoting compliance with current procedures, taking care to report any "non-conformities" to their supervisors. Support the enhancement of skills and teamwork by leading the resources on their shift.
• Required Skills / Knowledge
• Experience in performing and managing maintenance activities, preferably gained in the railroad industry. ANSF certifications - National Railway Safety Agency (COCS 30) - to work on train safety organs (preferred).
• Education / Qualifications
• High school diploma, preferably Technical Expert (Mechanical, Computer, Electronic).
• Languages
