Team Leader Face to Face - Non Profit Organization

Adecco S.p.A is seeking a Team Leader Face to Face to promote the mission of an important non-profit organization and raise awareness about key social causes.

The selected candidate will join a well-established and dynamic work environment and will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 promoters/dialoguers operating within commercial structures, pedestrian areas, and events.

Activities

The Team Leader will actively participate alongside the team, guiding and supporting them to achieve set objectives. The role involves creating optimal conditions for smooth operations and ensuring the success of team performances. Specific activities include:

• Acquiring new donors through donation forms
• Supporting and motivating team members
• Organizing team work shifts
• Managing logistical operations and safeguarding necessary materials
• Providing regular activity reports to the coordinator
