Job Description

Following a €10 million fundraising, Otoqi aims to structure its sales team of 5 members to support growth in Italy and internationally. The Team Lead Sales will manage the team and contribute directly to sales development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management Team Leadership : Lead, train, and supervise the sales and account management team in Italy. Set objectives and motivate the team.
  • Sales Strategy : Define the sales strategy for Italy, aligned with HQ, identifying opportunities and developing targeted actions.
  • Sales Optimization : Oversee the sales cycle, participate in negotiations, and improve team performance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive approach and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Over 6 years of sales experience, including 2 in management, in B2B.
  • Results-driven with strong sales and process optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team mentoring abilities.
  • Strategic and adaptable mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (C1).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Background in Automotive or 3PL services.
  • Start-up / scale-up experience.
