Italdesign in Moncalieri (TO) is seeking a Team Leader for the Mounting Systems – Exterior Trim team within the Body Exterior Department. You will steer the technical development and coordination of bumper and exterior trim components across vehicle programs, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality targets.

The role requires at least 5 years in automotive, strong knowledge of mounting system components, production technologies, and supplier management, plus leadership to guide

Competenze

• At least 5 years of automotive experience.
• Knowledge of mounting system components and exterior trim.
• Knowledge of production technologies and tooling lead times.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into feasible processes.
• Experience with design reviews, FMEA, and robust design.
• Strong teamwork and supplier management skills.
• Leadership in technical contexts.
• Ability to handle multiple topics while respecting quality and timing.

• Coordinate the Mounting Systems – Exterior Trim team within vehicle development projects.
• Monitor timing, costs and quality of development activities.
• Management of the work team and coordination with suppliers.
• Technical interface and management of customer-related topics within scope.
