Job Opportunity: Team Experience Manager - Bolzano

Adecco Italia spa is seeking a Team Experience Manager for a prominent fitness sector company based in Bolzano. The candidate will be responsible for achieving commercial goals and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving the club's sales targets (online and offline) to meet monthly individual and collective budgets (merchandising, medical visits, upgrades, subscriptions).
• Collaborating, coordinating, and actively managing front office activities with the team, including shift management as per operational needs.
• Monitoring and updating relevant reports.
• Working with the Technical Director to provide accurate advice on all activities to meet KPIs and deliver an outstanding experience to members.
• Evaluating team performance based on agreed KPIs for continuous improvement.

Required qualifications:

• Goal-oriented with the ability to assign and monitor objectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and active listening abilities.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team (preferred).
• Proficiency with social and digital tools.
• Knowledge of English (preferred).

Additional qualities include a passion for wellness and training, digital/social media proficiency, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends (full-time). The position offers direct employment with a negotiable RAL.
