Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch administrative support to our Accounting, Finance & Legal teams, enabling them to stay fully focused on their core work.
• Organize meetings, calls, travel, and other key business activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle and store digital documentation to ensure a smart, fool-proof archive that can be navigated quickly.
• Shortlist, manage, and answer emails, keeping communication with external stakeholders prompt and on-point.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and mark actionables, so key takeaways and workflows are properly tracked and followed up on.
