About The Role

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the collaborative design of the Years 7-12 curriculum across English and Humanities
• Contributing to co-curricular programs and broader initiatives across the School’s campuses
• Participating in professional learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement activities
• Undertaking administrative, organisational and supervisory requirements
• Enabling student wellbeing through pastoral care, relationship building and active engagement with families
• Other duties as required commensurate with your teaching role

What We Are Looking For

• An experienced educator with a strong teaching background in middle and/or senior years
• The ability to teach a combination of English and Humanities
• Passionate about contemporary pedagogy and adolescent development
• Strong curriculum design and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students, parents, staff and externals stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work across faculties and with external partners
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail
