Additional responsibilities:

• Oversee group tax planning and ensure compliance with all relevant fiscal laws, including transfer pricing, VAT, and other local taxes.
• Coordinate with external advisors on tax due diligence during acquisitions, ensuring deals are compliant and tax-efficient.
• Manage tax operations such as liability calculations, tax return filings, and personnel-related tax matters, including equity incentive plans and benefits.
• Stay updated on tax legislation changes, identify opportunities for tax optimization, and communicate effectively with tax authorities and advisors.
