We are on the lookout for a dynamic HR Operations Specialist to become a key player in our Human Resources department. In this role, you will orchestrate the entire employee lifecycle, from Hire to Retire. TAPI will soon continue as a standalone organization! Due to this exciting step, we are looking to build a complete in-house HR team to support our business from A-Z.
The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure its accuracy, integrity, and security. This position will perform the day-to-day system administration of the HRIS and maintain the accuracy of employee information and records.
The HR Operations Specialist acts as the first point of contact for administrative queries from employees across all TAPI Italy sites and provides a comprehensive administrative support service to the human resources team, supporting projects undertaken within the human resources department.
The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of all HR workflows, the full employment cycle, and experience in a manufacturing environment, good organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
