Descrizione del lavoro

At Mollie, we’re on a mission to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe.

We started 20 years ago when we launched a more direct, affordable way for companies to get paid. That provided an alternative to the frustrating, overpriced solutions that banks offered at the time.

Today, we serve more than 250,000 businesses across Europe with an all-in-one solution that simplifies payments and money management. We are an 850-strong, rapidly growing team of product, finance, support, commerce, and engineering specialists working across Europe – from Lisbon to London.

  • Using LinkedIn, sourcing data, our ATS, and other tools to provide insightful talent reports for strategic hiring decisions.
  • Conducting talent mapping for confidential executive roles and new market launches.
  • Designing, upgrading, and optimizing scalable sourcing processes and frameworks.

  • Exploring candidate generation technologies with the Talent Acquisition leadership team.

What you'll bring :

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven success sourcing high-quality, hard-to-find candidates in a high-growth tech environment.
  • A structured, data-driven, and creative approach to sourcing strategies and problem-solving.
  • Ability to navigate complex briefs to ensure suitable candidates enter the hiring process.
  • Experience creating clear reports to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Passion, energy, and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to one of Europe's coolest companies.

Nice to have :

  • Experience hiring for executive (C-Suite / VP) roles.
  • Experience with Ashby.
  • Background in recruitment agencies.
  • Strong skills or interest in analytics tools like G-sheets and Looker.
  • Willingness to work 20 days from abroad.
  • Perks include €60 / month net for self-care, lifestyle and health support via OpenUp, 26 holiday days plus additional days off, commute options, birthday leave, WFH equipment budget, internet allowance, discounted meals, health insurance options, team events, and more.
