As a Talent Scientist, you will work with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives, automation, and best practices, providing expertise on talent assessments. This role focuses on the science of talent and performance, raising awareness and insights across the business to optimize talent selection from our global pool.
We have multiple mid-level openings seeking candidates who:
- Are passionate about scientific approaches to talent selection
- Can conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based and psychometric assessments
- Possess strong analytical skills, with experience in R, Python, SQL, statistical analysis, or BI tools
- Have an academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related fields
- Are highly organized to work effectively remotely

Daily Responsibilities
- Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights and support efficient hiring processes
- Conduct behavioral interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors
- Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with hiring goals and process consistency
- Generate data-driven insights to support robust decision-making
- Enhance employer branding through positive candidate interactions
- Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with external platforms and partners to maximize ROI
- Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias and supporting sourcing strategies
Candidate Profile
- Academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with experience in R, Python, SQL, or BI tools
- Experience with psychometric assessments and their interpretation
- Experience conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews and advising stakeholders
- A deep understanding of talent prediction and success measurement
- Passion for scientific talent selection methods
- Excellent remote work organization skills
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for company events
Additional Skills
- Sourcing and headhunting experience, with ability to train leadership in industry-specific talent hunting
- Knowledge of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, or machine learning
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling
- Understanding of psychometric validity and reliability metrics
