Positions are primarily offered as 6+ month fixed-term contracts, with potential extensions and mobilization across multiple clients. Positions are remote.

Requirements

• Have credible experience and skills in sourcing field sales and go-to-market talent, especially in Nordics, Germany, and Italy. Demonstrate how you break down resourcing locally and nationally.
• Experience in internal talent functions or agency background in volume sales roles.
• Ability to proactively resource and engage talent across platforms, using AI and power tools for benchmarking, assessment, and selection.
• Ability to build targeted talent pools and ensure effective communication and candidate journey.
• Craft relevant outreach for field sales communities and manage candidate workflow.
• Take ownership of a pipeline of skilled candidates and maintain information in CRM/HRIS/ATS.
• Be comfortable with data, measurement, and providing insights to support and develop colleagues.
• Engage stakeholders effectively, advocate for Elements, and support hiring managers in benchmarking talent and messaging.
