A leading pharmaceutical consultancy is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Project Manager to oversee client projects in Italy and other European countries. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead project execution, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent financial management skills, and be well-versed in project management. This position offers flexibility between home and office-based work.

Competenze

  • Extensive experience in Regulatory Affairs in a relevant industry environment.
  • Knowledge of the marketing authorization application (MAA) process.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Job Description: Regulatory Affairs Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Affairs Project Manager to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of being home or office-based in various European countries.

About the Role:

As a Regulatory Affairs Project Manager, you will lead internal projects for Parexel clients, providing consulting services, and managing client issues to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own client relationships and ensure high satisfaction through effective communication
  • Lead project initiation, execution, control, and closure
  • Manage projects within budget, schedule, and contract specifications
  • Oversee resource planning, team management, and budget control
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulations
  • Guide project team members on technical and process issues
Qualifications:
  • University Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline (Advanced Degree preferred)
  • Extensive Regulatory Affairs experience in a relevant industry environment
  • Knowledge of the marketing authorization application (MAA) process
  • Strong project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus)
  • CRO experience
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal
