Talent Partner (M / F / d)

Milan, REMOTE

Your start at pplwise

In your first two weeks, you will have daily calls with your manager and team members to work autonomously according to pplwise principles, frameworks, and methods, and to get to know everyone. Your onboarding will be partly internal and partly at a client site where you will be assigned.

After two weeks with our clients, you will have a solid understanding of their vision, strategy, culture, business objectives, and your roles. You will establish relationships with hiring managers and team members and perform delivery forecasts following our methodology.

Subsequently, you will begin delivering roles, building pipelines, and proactively reporting findings to stakeholders to identify and resolve constraints.

The Challenge

• Support autonomous startups, scale-ups, and publicly traded growth companies in achieving their recruiting goals.
• Manage stakeholders proactively and excellently to fulfill our role as a strategic partner, resolving constraints through communication and critical thinking.
• Create and implement recruiting forecasts, select appropriate channels, and strategize with a good sense of urgency and planning.
• Leverage recruiting systems for insights and data analysis.
• Collaborate with the team during sourcing or delivery bottlenecks and receive support as needed.

Skills & Experience you bring to the table

• Experience in scaling tech startups or scale-ups; agency experience is a plus.
• Understanding of tech organizations' structure and challenges across growth phases, supporting hiring managers in role definition.
• Decision-making based on data and facts.
• Prioritize stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ambitious and collaborative personality, core to our culture.
• Excellent Italian and fluent English skills; German is a plus.
