Une agence dynamique est à la recherche d'un Talent Manager passionné par le monde digital. Vous serez responsable de la gestion stratégique des talents, de leur développement et de leur coordination sur des campagnes marketing, tout en collaborant avec diverses équipes internes. Pour réussir, vous devez avoir une bonne connaissance des réseaux sociaux et des tendances culturelles contemporaines, ainsi que des compétences en communication exceptionnelles.

Competenze

• Expérience antérieure de 2 ans en tant que Talent Manager ou dans des domaines connexes.
• Excellente connaissance de l'italien et de l'anglais.
• Initiative et capacité à travailler dans des équipes interfonctionnelles.

Mansioni

• Gestion directe et stratégique d'un portefeuille de talents asignés.
• Coordination des campagnes impliquant des talents.
• Support à la production de contenu.

We are looking for a* Talent Manager dynamic and passionate about the digital world to join our team. The figure will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of talent (influencers, content creators, public personalities), acting as a point of reference between talent, brands and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Direct and strategic management of a portfolio of assigned talent/creators
• Development and maintenance of relationship with talents: coaching, positioning, growth and enhancement of their image
• Interface with brands and the commercial team to select and propose talents for influencer marketing campaigns and PR activities
• Coordination of campaigns in which talents are involved: briefing, timing, content, contracts, delivery
• Monitoring performance of activations (reach, engagement, sentiment, specific KPIs)
• Supporting content production (photo/video shoots, events, branded content)
• Researching and scouting new emerging talent in line with agency and client values
• Collaboration with Digital PR team for editorial activities, events and PR activities
• Creating and pitching original content concepts and branded events to clients
• Supporting on set production and coordination

Requirements:

• Prior experience (2+ years) in the role of Talent Manager, or in related fields such as influencer marketing, digital PR, content production
• In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and contemporary cultural trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with talent and brands
• Knowledge of the Fashion and Music panoramas
• Takes initiative, contributes to conversations with unique ideas and points of view
• Organizational, multitasking and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
• Knowledge of Office package and Canva
  

Preferred:

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced agency environment
• Portfolio of talent already followed or managed
• Basic knowledge of influencer analytics tools (e.g., Campaygn, Not Just Analytics)
• Experience in events and digital content production
• Knowledge of a third language such as Spanish or French
