Job Description

This is a contract role for a Talent Agent. The Talent Agent will be responsible for managing and scouting talent, acting as an A&R, booking shows, and facilitating communication between artists and clients. This is a hybrid role based in Milan, with a focus on the niche corporate and club scenes in Italy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of RnB, Soul, House, or Classical genres
• Knowledge of music history and arrangements is a plus
• Interest in fashion and art
• Enthusiasm for challenging tasks and environments
• Familiarity with the music and entertainment industry is an advantage
• Internship position also available

Contract Details

• Fee-based ($100 to 35% on top of final costs)
• Tax ID required (Freelance)
• Independent timetable and schedule
• Few tasks to carry out, independent arrangements
• Part-time, less than 12 hours/week
