About the Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist provides clinical product and technical support, training physicians, lab staff, and sales reps on the Farapulse system during procedures within an assigned geography, aiming to meet and exceed business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical support resource for case coverage, troubleshooting, and system/software development.
• Educate customers and Boston Scientific employees on the clinical use of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend lab cases for support and development of the Farapulse system.
• Provide training and feedback to development and sales teams on product features and procedures.
• Travel to meet with clients, identify their clinical needs, and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their goals.
• Build relationships within hospitals to facilitate future sales and support.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with creative solutions, collaborating with related departments.

Candidate Profile

• Open to recent Biomedical graduates or experienced professionals in Electrophysiology.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
• Fluent in the local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
• Adaptable to a dynamic marketplace.
• Strong team player, collaborative, relationship-builder, cross-functional worker.
• Self-motivated, influential, flexible, persistent.
• Willing to travel extensively as needed.
