Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist, Trezzano sul Naviglio

Baralan International S.p.A, headquarter of the multinational group Baralan, a leader in packaging for the cosmetics industry, based in Trezzano sul Naviglio, is seeking a qualified professional to join the Human Resources Department as a Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist is responsible for attracting, selecting, and developing talent within the company. The role involves managing the entire recruiting process and implementing training programs to foster employee growth, contributing to the development of the company culture and continuous improvement of internal skills.

Main Activities
  1. Manage the recruitment process from needs analysis to onboarding.
  2. Develop active sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, recruiting portals, and partnerships with universities and institutions.
  3. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and organize assessment centers to identify suitable candidates.
  4. Design and execute employer branding campaigns to attract talent.
  5. Maintain the company's presence on LinkedIn, recruiting sites, and other communication channels.
  6. Organize recruiting events, career days, and talent attraction initiatives in collaboration with universities and institutions.
  7. Work with managers to define role requirements and necessary skills, and draft job descriptions with potential offer parameters.
  8. Monitor recruiting KPIs to optimize selection processes.
  9. Design and implement training programs to develop technical and soft skills, in collaboration with managers, supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle.
  10. Organize onboarding sessions for new hires.
  11. Coordinate internal and external training, managing suppliers, e-learning platforms, and funded training plans.
  12. Assess training effectiveness through KPIs and participant feedback.
  13. Evaluate and recommend outsourcing recruitment to agencies based on the profile.
  14. Assist in preparing the annual hiring plan and monitor budget adherence.
  15. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse talent pool.
  16. Contribute to reducing turnover by supporting employee retention and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Training, or related fields. A Master’s in HR Management or Learning & Development is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Training, and HR Development.
  • Excellent command of English (at least B2 level).
  • Proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Passion for HR and personal development.
